Zhongshan's first batch of export goods under the Single E-lock Scheme (SELS) cleared customs on the morning of October 15, marking the official launch of the Guangdong-Macao SELS in Zhongshan.

The goods will exit at the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Zhuhai Port. Mr Deng the driver said that with the new Single E-lock customs clearance mode, the goods will be transported from Zhongshan to Macao in about 2 hours, more than 1 hour less than before.
