Based in Zhongshan for 17 years, Nox Bellcow is committed to the production of cosmetics and serves first- and second-tier brands domestically and abroad. Last year, the company's export value exceeded 800 million yuan, with ASEAN and the Netherlands as its main export markets.

In recent years, Nox Bellcow has maintained an annual export growth of 30%. Despite of the adverse effect of COVID-19 in 2020, its export value increased by 70%, accounting for 30% of the its total output value. It requested more than 400 certificates of origin (C/O) and received tariff discounts of about 10 million yuan.

In 2020, Zhongshan Customs issued 103,000 C/O of various types, involving a total export value of about 27.1 billion yuan. Some 48,000 regional preferential certificates of origin were issued worth 15.3 billion yuan, which has given export enterprises in Zhongshan about 970 million yuan in preferential tariffs from importing countries.
