The Zhongshan Gungho Space "Torch Development Zone Business Incubation Base" was unveiled on December 2. This is yet another business incubation base set up by the TDZ branch of the Zhongshan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. It is also the first entrepreneurship incubation base set up jointly by the TDZ branch with Hong Kong and Macao incubators to fully leverage business resources and promote entrepreneurship in theGuangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area for Hong Kong and Macao youth.

Zhongshan Gungho Space was established in Torch Development Zone in April 2019, with an original area of about 2,500 square meters. The organization focuses on introducing biomedicine, next-gen information technology, equipment manufacturing, artificial intelligence, new energy and energy-saving technology projects and attracting entrepreneur teams with independent intellectual property rights and advanced innovation-related achievements from Hong Kong and Macao.

Zhongshan Gungho Space also actively cooperated with the University of California, Berkeley in the "SkyDeck" project to attract outstanding business projects from across the GBA and even the world to Zhongshan through entrepreneurial resource sharing activities, regular entrepreneurship competitions and study programs in terms of entrepreneurship acceleration, strategy designs, financing tactics, strategy consulting and etc in the SkyDeck project.

Zhongshan Gungho Space has attracted up to 30 entrepreneurship projects already, more than 10 of which were founded by young people from Hong Kong and Macao. This year, Zhongshan Gungho Space will join hands with Sun Wah Group to establish the Sun Wah Gonghe Space.
