The entire process from land auction to receiving the construction permit only took 23 minutes for the RSR Intelligent Networking Industrial Park Project (Phase II) and only 12 minutes for the Yufeng High-tech Product Production, R&D and Manufacturing Project. Commencement ceremonies were held on September 21 for these 2 "rapid groundbreaking" projects in Gangkou Town.

RSR, a model enterprise in the electronics cluster, needed more operating funds while it increases its capital and expands its production. Thus, Gangkou Town got in touch with banks within its jurisdiction and efficiently verified a credit line of up to 60 million yuan to fill the operating capital gap.

RSR's project covers an area of 24.71 mu, with a planned investment of 163 million yuan. An R&D and production base of high-quality audio-video products will be built integrating the R&D, manufacturing and sales of consumer electronics such as TV speakers, Apple speakers, and smart speakers. After beginning production, the new annual output of the project is expected to exceed 500 million yuan with an annual tax revenue of over 20 million yuan in addition to providing 800 jobs.

With a total investment of 360 million yuan, the Yufeng High-tech Product Production, R&D and Manufacturing Project focuses on the production of precision parts for office equipment, financial equipment, game consoles, mobile phones and other products, as well as the R&D, design and manufacturing of automobile molds. After being put into operation, its annual output is estimated to be 660 million yuan, and its annual tax revenue will reach 27 million yuan.
