On February 22, four expansion projects finished land auction and settled in the National Health Technology Park in Zhongshan's Torch Development Zone. With an investment of 500 million yuan and a total area of 33 mu, the new expansion project of Zhongshan Hengsheng Pharmaceutical Co Ltd is expected to generate annual revenues of 660 million yuan at full capacity. The project is proposed to be a patented modern Chinese medicine production base, which includes intelligent traditional Chinese medicine extraction workshops, automated preparation workshops, intelligent automated warehouses, and a data-based testing building.

Lens Intelligent Home Manufacturing Park & Siemens Digital Enabling Center is an expansion project of Zhongshan Lens Home Co Ltd.  With a total area of 80 mu and a total investment of about 1.2 billion yuan, the project is expected to generate an output value of 1.94 billion yuan within three years, thus becoming the first industrial enabling platform invested in by Siemens in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

With a total investment of about 500 million yuan and a total area of 42 mu, the Neat foam R&D, production and marketing headquarters base will mainly produce foam pumps. The base will meet the standards of industrial enterprises above the designated size within one year, and is expected to generate an output value of 840 million yuan at its full operational capacity. Guangdong Neat Packaging Co Ltd is the world's largest foam pump producer, whose products are used in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and other fields. The company's long-term customers include Procter & Gamble, Unilever and Mentholatum.

The 5G-powered Intelligent Center for Cold Chain Distribution and Processing of Meat project commenced construction on the day after land auction. With a total area of about 32,000 square meters and a planned investment of 280 million yuan, the project is an expansion project of Guangdong Cansun Food Co Ltd and is scheduled to be completed and put into operation in 2024. A prepared food processing center will be constructed to work with famous Chinese meat product brands and international food preparation giants to develop and manufacture Chinese and Western-style prepared meat products.
