Sinoscience Fullcryo (Zhongshan) Equipment Manufacturing Co, a company in Cuiheng New District, has acquired a 100% stake in Guangdong Jiancheng Machinery & Equipment Co recently.
Jiancheng is a special equipment manufacturer that develops, produces and sells various special tank trucks and pressure vessels of various types. Its main products include LNG storage and transportation equipment, cryogenic liquid storage and transportation equipment, etc.
Founded in 2016, Sinoscience Fullcryo owns independent core technologies. It has hydrogen projects in Zhongshan's Cuiheng New District, Sanjiao Town and South District, covering gas source production, equipment manufacturing and sales service, said Zhu Cheng, chairman of Fullcryo (Zhongshan).
The Jiancheng acquisition will help Fullcryo (Zhongshan) speed up development in production and extraction, storage and transportation and filling of liquid hydrogen, so as to promote the high-quality development of the hydrogen energy industry, Zhu added.
