"We hope to take 'industrial park renovation' as an opportunity to address the problems that hinder the company's reconstruction," said Lei Mingxuan, head of Huahang Hardware, an enterprise based in Zhongshan's Sanjiao Town, adding that the ongoing "industrial park renovation" campaign helps boost the development of enterprises.

Established in 2005, Huahang Hardware is an enterprise that specializes in the production of electroplated hardware products. The company's renovation project has been progressing smoothly since its commencement half a month ago.

"We plan to collect and treat waste water, exhaust gas and solid waste in order to meet emission standards. We also design an underground parking garage to address car parking issues, and an overhead ground floor space to allow unobstructed access for trucks. We will try to monitor the usage of water, electricity and gas resource with the big data technology, and realize real-time, centralized supervision, deployment and management of the park, so as to build an eco-friendly and safe industrial park." The project leader of Huahang Hardware said.

Huahang Hardware invests 50 million yuan to build an electroplating park, which covers a land area of 10.7 mu. It will be built in accordance with the standards of a sustainable, green, environmentally-friendly recycling industry demonstration zone. Upon completion, the park will generate an annual output value of 66 million yuan and an annual tax revenue of 3.3 million yuan.
