So far, the company has a senior management and technical team composed of specialists from multiple countries, such as the UK, the US, Germany and Australia. About 10% of the company's employees are from overseas.

Star Rapid has also established its own technical and engineer teams, which are able to provide clients at home and abroad with tailored production solutions and optimal mold designs.

In recent years, Star Rapid has started a lean production reform, which aims to improve the company's efficiency and product quality through the utilization of 6S management, visual management, lean production and pull systems.

In the context of China's vigorous development of new productive forces, Star Rapid has successfully launched its Smart Factory project. By introducing advanced automated production equipment and intelligent management systems, the company has greatly enhanced its production efficiency and product quality.
