The 2022 Fusha Town Investment and Economic Exchange Meeting and Key Project Commencement Ceremony was held on March 9, and two new projects, the Utimes Automation R&D and Production Base Project and the Hongshun (Youzhi) Intelligent Hardware Manufacturing Base Project, started construction.

The whole process from the land auction to the issuance of the Real Estate Ownership Certificate, Construction Project Planning Permit and Construction Permit only took 20 minutes for the Utimes project, and 19 minutes for the Hongshun project.

The Utimes Automation R&D and Production Base Project is funded by Zhongshan Utimes Intelligent Technology Co Ltd, covering an area of 49 mu with a total construction area of about 100,000 square meters. It has multi-story factory buildings, scientific research buildings, living facilities, roads, etc. The project investment totals 320 million yuan, and its annual output value is expected to reach 800 million yuan.

Hongshun (Youzhi) Intelligent Hardware Manufacturing Base Project is invested by Youzhi Hardware (Zhongshan) Co Ltd, covering an area of 35.6 mu with a total investment of 250 million yuan. The project aims to build a high-end hardware manufacturing base with an annual output value of 500 million yuan and trade sales of 800 million yuan. It will complement the shower, home appliance and other industries in Fusha Town and create an industrial cluster.

This year, Fusha Town plans to promote 40 key projects, with a total investment of over 7.6 billion yuan. Upon completion, these prodets will bring in an additional annual output value of 13.374 billion yuan and an additional tax revenue of 593 million yuan to the town.
