On the morning of December 29, 2022, the first micro self-renovation project in Zhongshan's state-owned assets system was launched at Nanfeng Industrial Park, South District.

Nanfeng Industrial Park will be jointly renovated by Zhongshan Xingzhong Group and Zhongshan City Construction Group, and the renovation will be implemented in two phases.
