With the theme of "Zhongshan Manufacturing Brands Going Abroad", the Seminar on High Quality Development of Cross-Border E-Commerce of Zhongshan City & Embrace Latin America: Mexico Trade and Investment Promotion was held on June 14.

In late June, Zhongshan will send a delegation of 108 members from 61 local enterprises to Mexico for the China Homelife Mexico 2023. The Seminar invited the staff of the Consulate General of Mexico in Guangzhou, industry experts and representatives of associations, chambers of commerce and enterprises to introduce the investment environment, potential market and trade policies in Mexico.

The China Homelife Mexico expo is the most professional and largest exhibition independently organized by China in North and Central America. Famous Zhongshan brands in such industries as household appliances, lighting, consumer electronics, hardware and accessories, and household supplies will take part in the event.

In recent years, Zhongshan has been deepening and expanding economic and trade cooperation with Mexico. In 2022, Zhongshan registered imports and exports of 9.12 billion yuan with Mexico, an increase of 25.34% year on year, accounting for 3.3% of Zhongshan's total imports and exports.
