The Zhongshan Housing Provident Fund Management Center
announced a few days ago through a notice that it plans to adjust the
preferential policies of housing provident fund loans for high-level talented
individuals, urgently needed professionals and full-time graduate students
across Zhongshan who want to purchase their first
apartments.
Among those who qualify, individuals who hold a
"Certificate for the Urgently-needed High-level Professionals of Zhongshan"
(first to sixth levels) issued by the Zhongshan Human Resources and Social
Security Bureau may enjoy a double loan amount when they buy their first
self-owned housing by utilizing the housing provident fund. The maximum personal
loan can be up to 800,000 yuan, and the maximum total loan amount applied by two
or more people is 1.6 million yuan.
Talented individuals who are
full-time graduate students or above working in Zhongshan, and those who hold a
"Certificate for the Urgently-needed Professionals of Zhongshan" (seventh to
eighth levels) may enjoy an increase of 30% of the housing provident fund loan
when they buy their first self-owned housing. That is, the personal loan ceiling
is 520,000 yuan, and the maximum total loan amount applied by two or more people
is 1.04 million yuan.
Talented individuals who hold a
"Certificate for the Urgently-needed Professionals of Zhongshan" may enjoy an
increase of 20% of the housing provident fund loan when they buy their first
self-occupation housing. That is, the personal loan ceiling is 480,000 yuan, and
the maximum total loan amount applied by two or more people is 960,000
yuan.
In case of a housing provident fund shortfall when the
individual purchases their first self-owned housing, loan release priority may
be given to these talented persons.
