Led by Chairman on duty Wu Yaoting, a delegation of Chinese Consolidated Benevolent Association visited Zhongshan yesterday. They paid a visit to the Former Residence of Dr. Sun Yat-sen and presented a flower basket to the statue of Dr. Sun Yat-sen.

After the visit, Wu, whose ancestral home is Zhongshan, recommended the group to visit Sun Yat-sen Memorial School. All of the members of the delegation felt the fast development of their motherland.

Chinese Consolidated Benevolent Association was found in 1854 in America, was constituted by 7 local Chinese associations in San Francisco. Consisting more than 200 associations at present, CCBA is the leading association for overseas Chinese and plays an important role in American overseas Chinese.
