The "Measures for the Administration of the Zhongshan College Students Business Incubator" formulated by the Zhongshan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau has been officially released.
According to the Measures, the targets of the ZSCSBI are divided into 6 categories, including: new graduates (within 5 years after graduation) from ordinary colleges and universities, vocational schools and technical colleges; Youth from Hong Kong and Macao; Returned overseas students (within 5 years after receiving diploma); Overseas innovative and entrepreneurial talented people; Military veterans, people with employment difficulties, and registered unemployed people; and innovative and entrepreneurial projects in line with Zhongshan's industrial development plans.
As for the service to be provided by the ZSCSBI: the base plans specifically to include providing professional services such as entrepreneurship training, entrepreneurship practice, entrepreneurship project promotion, policy guidance, and information consultation; Providing free business venues, basic office conditions, public meeting places, and logistical support services for incubating business entities.
It is worth noting that there is a time limit for living in the incubation base area, and each period is one year. Eligible entrepreneurial entities that have settled in the base may apply for an extension of the incubation period three months before the expiration. Applications for incubation period extension cannot surpass two times.
