The year 2025 marks the 10th anniversary of local legislation in Zhongshan. The city plans to comprehensively showcase the achievements in local legislation through a series of short videos.

On May 28, 2015, Zhongshan became one of the first prefecture-level cities in Guangdong Province to exercise local legislative power. To date, the city has enacted and promulgated 14 local laws and regulations.

The Zhongshan Lawyers Association will make videos on some of these local laws and regulations to present the process, significance and results of law-making.
