The second job-hunting season started last weekend. Representatives from eight companies such as Google, Huawei, Suning and Daxin participated in the final interview contest of the last ten candidates. The highlight of the activity is the better-understanding communication in between candidates’ presentation and representatives’ challenging to candidates’ vocational skills as well as candidates’ inquiring about companies. Finally the representatives display their intention by a sign of “yes” or “no”. When there are more than one offers, the choosing right goes to the candidates.

The event is held for the second time. It has been going for about half a month, sifting 10 students for the finals from the original 500 students. With the recommendation from a representative students can gain relative training and an intern job.
