The first section of the Sam's Club Zhongshan store was topped out on October 15.

Since the construction began in August, Sam's Club Zhongshan has seen its main building going up from the ground. It is scheduled to open by September 2025.

Sam's Club is a high-end membership store owned by Fortune Global 500 company Walmart. The Zhongshan store, located near the Zhongshan North Station in Qijiang New Town, will become the tenth Sam's Club the Greater Bay Area.

The project has three storeys above the ground, and the construction is divided into eight sections. The newly capped section is at the northwest corner, with a floor area of 5,700 square meters and a height of 17.8 meters.
